John Dougherty was convicted on bribery charges
President Trump is set to sign an executive order Friday related to the beef industry, according to the White House. Trump announced last month that the U.S. would pause higher tariffs on ground beef imports for 90 days, allowing up to 300,000 metric tons to enter the country without the higher “out-of-quota”
It emerged this week that the Dutch government has moved a large chunk of its gold reserves from the United States to the Bank of England. Some 86 tons were shipped out of North America between March and August. Central bankers are generally dull in their language, and the Dutch are no exception.
