“They lost the order in court, so they went around it three ways at once — Nevada's data, a machine probe nobody asked for, and North Carolina rewriting its own scorecard the same afternoon it started mailing. That's not election security, that's a backup plan filed in triplicate. The ballots are already out the door; the only game left is deciding after the fact which ones get to count.”

Trump’s order directs the Department of Homeland Security to create state-by-state lists of eligible voters who are citizens. The U.S.
Critics of ballot-marking devices have claimed that hackers could manipulate digital codes on ballots. Election experts say the systems are safe to use.
