Trump vows to 'cheat like hell,' days after his Postal Service asked courts to allow his mail rules.
“He tells a room full of people to cheat while his own mail service is standing in front of the Supreme Court asking permission to rewrite how your ballot gets processed — that's not a slip, that's the tell. You don't send federal lawyers to fix a system you think is rigged against you; you send them when the rig is yours and you need a signature on it.”
“It was a bit — a pledge-of-allegiance joke for a convention crowd, loyalty humor, nothing to do with actual ballots. Well, actual mail ballots — the Postal Service filing, but that's separate, that's just USPS handling routine— did I say routine? That's the President's own executive order sitting in front of the Supreme Court eight days before he said "cheat" into a live CBS mic.”
