Blanche calls mail-fraud evidence 'common sense'; the agents actually hunting it were ordered to break state law.

“They didn't need evidence, they needed a pretext, and pretext doesn't require a subpoena — just a guy on TV saying "common sense" while his own agents are told to lie their way into your voter file. That's not enforcement, that's a fishing expedition with a badge, and the fish they're after are eligible voters two months before an election. Follow the paperwork: the fraud they can't prove is being used to justify agents committing the one they can.”

And these are just agents doing routine diligence checks on voter rolls, verifying IDs, totally by the book — okay, misrepresenting their identities to pull private state records isn't exactly in the training manual, fair point. Did I say routine? That doesn't sound like me.”
