As it ran on the front
Nine million views, forty percent of them landing inside Iran on Instagram alone, according to Ambassador Danon's own office. That's a real number, and I'll defend it: reaching millions of Iranians with an Israeli government message, past whatever firewall Tehran built to stop it, counts as an accomplishment.
Saturday the proof got company. A blacklist that size doesn't happen next to a diplomatic win by coincidence. The same week produced both, filed by different offices, landing in the same news cycle whether officials planned it that way or not.

Defense Minister Israel Katz put on the record that the only outcome he can accept for Gaza is roughly two million Palestinians gone — permanently, no return, the ground cleared behind them, built off a proposal the American president floated in February. He said it. He's still the defense minister. I was ready to tell you the silence since then means the cabinet found nothing in it worth answering, except silence has been the whole answer he's given, and the ministry hasn't required him to give another one.
The video reached Iran, the killing count grew by two, and the blacklist grew by sixty — only one of those numbers made it into the press release.
